Our next meeting will be Tuesday, October 14th. This will be our Silent Auction & Sale. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm but if you have items to donate, please arrive between 6 & 6:15 so the items can be logged in.  Here are some instructions from Kathy Wickham–

“Please price items like patterns, small notions and flat folds of fabric. Also please mark yardage on fabric pieces. Items for silent auction like kits, hardcover books, sets of patterns, bags of co-coordinating fabric should be labeled and marked with a minimum starting bid.  This year will work as last year in that we will have some “items for sale now and some silent auctions items which you will bid on”.

Kathy reminds everyone to remember your check books or cash…..no IOU’s!!!

If you like nickel squares you will have a chance to guess how many are in the glass jar…chances are .25 each so the more chances you take, the better your chances of winning. (I have it on the best authority that there are more than 100 nickel squares in the jar and you get to keep the jar!!!!!)
It’s going to be a fun night.

Show and Tell – we will have a mini show and tell to save time and to accommodate your “Get er done” items.  Remember, November is “Get er Done” month so work on those projects to you have a chance to win a prize next month.
