BRQG Meeting April 9, 2019

Show and Tell was exciting as always. Tina Dietz showed a label and told a bit about it; in addition, she showed a lovely circular table topper she had made. Janice Taylor had been busy again – she showed a very nice bag she had made, then three onesies she embroidered for her new grandchild, as then a small zipper bag and a sweet stuffed bunny. Then Chris Martin showed a very pretty bed runner she had made. Cathy Henderson shared a gorgeous basket wall hanging she had made. Then Kathy Woods showed a very sweet Easter wall hanging with a bunny in a bow tie and bunches of fancy eggs.

The remaining photo shows Tina Dietz looking at the supplies for the upcoming project demonstration and it sure looks like she was making sure everything was ready.

Tina had the program and showed us how to make a Spring Flower table topper. She provided templates and we had a cut up good time getting the parts cut and ready. Those with machines got busy making their project. I got my pieces all cut out and constructed the project when I got home; it turned out very pretty as I am sure they all did. Looking forward to seeing them at the May 14th meeting when the program will be Mayflowers Meadows: Stress-free landscapes. Hope to see you then.
